Pioneer Club – Family Night
If you are looking for a middle-of-the-week time for your children to connect with other children their age and have a blast in a safe and loving environment– then Pioneer Club is where it is happening! Children in Kindergarten through 5th grade may be signed in at our sanctuary and begin the night with prayer and worship! From there they have their Bible lesson and then participate in a hands-on activity and a variety of games like dodge ball and hoppin’ hoops - all inside our enormous gym! And on those nights when we really want a change of pace – there is Movie Night, a Hawaiian Lua Party, a Winter Beach Party, Wear-Your-Pajamas Night, Wild Hat Night, Pine Derby Car Race Night, and a weekend boys and dads only camping trip - just to name a few. There is even a room for your three and four year-olds. They get to enjoy learning about Jesus while making exciting crafts and playing fun games, too! While you are enjoying an adult Bible study – your children will be happy, safe, and having a great night!
THE NURSERY
Birth-Age 3
Our facility offers a chance for you to enjoy any of the three worship services in complete peace and assurance that your child is being well taken care of by highly qualified adult volunteers. Their role is to nurture and interact with your child so that their experience is a great one, too! We provide Cheerios for the older ones (with permission) and ask that you label your child’s juice cup and diaper bag. Our “Little Ones” Room (birth to 18 months) is full of exciting toys and books that will keep your child engaged. Our second room, “The Toddlers”, (18 months to 36 months) even has a short Bible story and fun-filled activity to go along with it! We also offer a unique paging system which allows us to contact you discretely during the service should we have any questions regarding your child. The pagers also serve as our security system. Children are only given to the adult who signed them in and have their corresponding pager. In order to maintain a sanitary environment, we ask that children who have had a fever, diarrhea, or vomiting within the last 24 hours, not be brought into the nursery. Our nursery is close and conveniently located adjacent to our worship services and our Adult Sunday School classes.
 Age 3 – Kindergarten
If you have a preschooler or a kindergartner who loves to sing and make music, draw and create awesome crafts, and have a fun time learning about Jesus – you’ve come to the right place! Here at Kidz’ Kingdom we treasure our time with these children teaching them about the Lord through interactive Bible stories that we then connect to their own daily lives. So whether it’s a lesson about what Jesus teaches about sharing with others, loving your neighbor, forgiveness, or thankfulness – you can be sure that they are having fun learning! We use felt boards with bright characters and posters to make the events of the Bible visually come to life for the children, After their lesson, they love creating their crafts to take home to remind them of what they learned on Sunday morning. And children of this age group love music! So we begin every class time with prayer and songs - complete with their own individual musical instruments! Parents can also rest easy knowing that our unique paging system allows us to contact you discreetly in the service should we have any questions about your child. Along with our Sign In & Out policy, this system also serves as our security system. The individual picking up the child must have the correct pager. In addition, our teachers are highly qualified caring individuals who have a gift for working with this age group. So no matter what service you decide to come to, know that your child is being shown that loving and knowing Jesus is fun and exciting! |
