Our Philosophy of Ministry
Philosophy of Ministry: To be a spiritual family of worshipping, growing, serving, and sharing Christians.
Worship: by consistently participating in engaging and meaningful RLEFC worship services connecting us with the Lord.
- Strategy: Encourage all spiritual family members to attend at least one worship service each Sunday.
Growing: by actively engaging in environments of Bible Study and prayer transforming us to become more like Jesus Christ (Matthew 10:25).
- Strategy: Encourage all spiritual family members to actively engage in an Impact Group, Family Night Class, or Equip Class.
Serving: by regularly volunteering in serving ministries to use our spiritual gifts for the benefit of others in our spiritual family (Philippians 2:4)
- Strategy: Encourage all spiritual family members to regular volunteer in at least one serving ministry at RLEFC.
Sharing: by consistently sharing our relationship with God for the purpose of helping others begin relationships with Jesus Christ (Matthew 5:16).
- Strategy: Encourage all spiritual family members to consistently share their relationship with God with their friends, neighbors, co-workers, family, etc., by consistently inviting them to RLEFC worship services.
