 Jay Mankus, Vice President

Jay has been a member of Red Lion since 1992 and had been involved in adult Sunday school, leading a Bible study and the softball team, and assisting Pastor Jamie in writing the Philosophy of Ministry book. His spiritual gift of discernment has allowed him to be part of praying for one of Red Lion’s biggest ministries, Red Lion Christian Academy. Jay has worked in ministry since graduating from college in 1992 and is now a teacher and coach at Red Lion Christian Academy. Because he has been an upper school Bible teacher at Red Lion Christian Academy for the last 6 years, he believes God wants him to serve one more term on council. His passion for teaching and service on council as vice-president the last two years has enabled him to communicate the vision of the school to church members.

He believes strongly that God has given him gifts and experiences to make him an effective councilman.
