Our mission is to provide comprehensive and effective services which are integrated and consistent with Christian beliefs and values.
This counseling center exists as a ministry to provide professional, faith based, Christian Counseling to address the mental, emotional, and spiritual health needs in order to restore people to being fully devoted followers of Christ. We believe that solid professional mental health practices integrated with clear Biblical Christian principles will help people be restored to healthy relationships with God, self and one another. This is our mission that we might help people to live out the meaningful abundant life God designed them to live.

Clinical Staff
Our clinical staff currently consists of our director and counselor Grant Hasty and counselor Ruth Burton.
Grant comes to RLCCC after spending 18 years in full time ministry as a Pastor of Student and Family Ministries. He has served in 4 different churches from a small congregation of 300 to a large congregation of 5000. Grant holds a M.Div and is an ordained pastor. He has an MSW in Mental Health and Chemical Dependency and is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
Grant has the ability to come along side people right where they are with the compassion Christ has given him to do God’s work. He is a good problem solver who enables people to see their own God given strengths using solid Biblical principles along with professional mental health concepts. He is known for using the whole person approach that considers the emotional, physical, social, intellectual and especially spiritual needs of each person. He strives to incorporate professional excellence with Christian values, empowering individuals and families to reach their full potential in Christ, by helping them to gain new insights and skills while deepening their understanding of God. Grant seeks to fulfill the motto of our Christian Counseling Center, “distinctively Christian and professionally competent.”
Grant has a passion for God, a passion for teens and their families, and a passion for healthy marriages. He is particularly gifted with Middle School and High School students as well as many family issues. He loves working with families and brings 18 years of pastoral experience, working with all walks of life, into his counseling skills. For over 15 years he has been conducting recovery groups for teens going through the divorce of their parents.
Grant has been married since 1981 and has two grown daughters.
